Renae Barrass

After initially studying Architecture, Renae travelled around Australia and Europe before returning to Melbourne to study Interior Design at RMIT. Upon completion she worked in various retail, architecture & interior design practices before establishing Renae Barrass Interior Design in 2011. Renae relishes working closely with clients on their projects – whether large or small – and enjoys thinking laterally about interior layouts and joinery design. She favours colourful, warm, eclectic and unique interiors and believes spaces should be a reflection of the occupants and their lives. Renae has continued her affiliation with RMIT over the years and began teaching there in 2019. She has two young boys and lives in Melbourne’s North.

Anna is a design all-rounder, equally proficient at putting together a furniture proposal or working out the minutiae of a kitchen design in AutoCAD.

She joined RBID in 2018.
